A FUNDRAISING EFFORT TO BRIDGE FINANCIAL SHORTFALLS FOR CHURCHES IN CRISIS
Many congregations seeking our help are unable to cover support costs. This is almost exclusively because their problems result in dwindling financial resources. They want help to resolve deep issues within their congregation but those very issues leave them unprepared to fund the needed help.
To address this increasingly common problem we developed a threefold approach to provide needed resources for these churches:
• First, we will make available a small “lessons from the front line” book for leaders. It will focus on preemptive techniques to manage these challenges as well as define advanced measures for cultural and spiritual health.
• Second, we will provide workshops to certify congregational mediators and regional consultants in our craft. We already have a dozen men and women who have served on our consulting teams and are ready to be certified.
• Third, we have created The Harmony Project, a modest fundraising effort to bridge financial shortfalls. When a church uses any benevolence funding they will partly replenish them once they have regained their footing.
The Harmony Project bridges the financial gap for churches in need, who desperately require the healing effort and transformational ministry we bring with our faith-based conflict management practices. Your donation is vital to our sustainability while we develop and deliver content and accessibility for the three approaches listed above.
Please donate to help us keep this mission on track. We greatly appreciate your support and investment!
